Code of Conduct for Amazing Aeffects Shows
At Amazing Aeffects, we are committed to creating an inclusive, equitable, and respectful space for all. As an LGBTQIA+ and Black-led organization, we stand firm in our values of equity, safety, and artistic expression. By attending our events, you agree to uphold these principles:
Respect for All: All individuals, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, ability, or background, are welcome. We celebrate diversity and embrace the richness of our communities.
Zero Tolerance for Hate or Violence: We have zero tolerance for hate crimes, sexual assault, physical violence, or any form of harassment. These actions will result in immediate removal from the event and possible reporting to authorities.
Safety First: Our team has completed safety training to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all. A designated Safety Lead will be present at all events to address any concerns or emergencies.
Accessibility: We ensure all events are accessible to people of all abilities, with ADA-compliant facilities and support services available as needed.
Accountability: Everyone is responsible for maintaining a positive, welcoming atmosphere. If you witness harmful behavior, please report it to a staff member or Safety Lead immediately.
By attending our events, you are contributing to a space of healing, creativity, and mutual respect. Together, we create art and joy in safety and unity.
